ABOUT

ASH

Ash is a seasoned organizational psychologist, clinical psychologist, and registered counselor under Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia, with experience and exposure in both corporate and NGO settings.

He spent more than 15 years with international MNCs working in both business and corporate functions focusing on various organizational interventions such as talent management, change management, continuous improvement, coaching, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and personal mastery.

Ash is also actively involved with NGOs targeting special populations as an advisor and psychotherapist working with women and marginalized populations (LGBTQ+).

Ash provides individual and couple therapy on various mental health, career, and relationship issues. His special interest areas are relationship issues, career/personnel development, workplace conflict, gender-based violence, sexuality, HIV/AIDS, and sexually transmitted infection counseling. He uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (“CBT”) as his main modality but also integrates other modalities that fit with the client’s therapeutic needs and goals.
