ABOUT

TIFFANY

Tiffany is currently pursuing her Masters in Professional Counselling at Monash University. She is passionate about writing and storytelling, and has experience working as a content writer at a local media company.

Having completed a double major in writing and psychology in her undergraduate degree, Tiffany is keen to explore ways to integrate her creative passions with her counselling work. During her practicum training, Tiffany employed Narrative and Existential approaches in her sessions. Her areas of interest include relationship issues, identity/existential concerns, grief & loss, loneliness, stress, self-esteem, and navigating major life transitions.

Tiffany believes everyone has a unique story to tell, and every voice deserves to be heard. By narrating their life story in new and powerful ways, people can experience breakthroughs in their problems. Through counselling, Tiffany hopes to collaborate with individuals to embark on a meaningful journey of self-exploration. She values compassion and desires to offer support to restore relationships, renew purpose, and revive hope.
